Delicious..unique..service friendly...can't miss put and not go. It's sister restaurant is great also
Blackened fish wrap was an explosion of flavors and quite yummy. Service was attentive. We were seated very close to a party of two young couples who talked very loud, yelling, really, so we got a to go box and left half way through our meal. Next time, we will just order take out of this incredible food.
I recently tried Little Moir's Blackened Fish Wrap, which comes loaded with mango, avocado, cotija cheese, and Mexican street corn salsa. I paired it with the sweet potato fries, and while the food was absolutely delicious, I thought the portion size of the wrap was a bit small for the price. My friend ordered the swordfish, and she was kind enough to let me try it--it was incredible! Next time, I'm definitely going for that, especially since the side portions felt more worth the price. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, making it a perfect spot to bring friends visiting from out of state. I can't wait to take them here soon and share this gem with them! Highly recommend it for a laid-back yet flavorful meal.
Amazing, unique dishes and fabulous service!! Peggy was awesome! Don't leave without trying the tuna basil roll or the sweet potato dish!
Everything was great. Waitress, drinks, food and music!! We were 6 people in our party and everyone was extremely pleased
First our server Sue was amazing. A+. We never had to ask for a thing and her menu knowledge was spot on. This was our last meal in Jupiter before heading home. Stopped in for lunch and started with the Fried Brussel sprouts left over style. My wife is a Brussel snob and she was overwhelmed by this starter. Wife ordered angel hair pasta but instead of shrimp requested salmon. The sauce was developed with tomato, spinach, toasted pumpkin seeds, garlic, fresh herbs, parmesan, feta cheese. She was in heaven. I had one of the specials called pasta shells and the broth developed was one of the best I have ever head. The pace has a cool, hip and fun vibe. This is a can't miss and must try.
One of our favorite places when we are in Jupiter. Located in a local strip mall with plenty of parking. They have restaurant on one side and a bar on the other. Most nights they feature live entertainment that's always enjoyable. They are known for featuring fresh locally caught fish like wahoo, triple tail, grouper, lane snapper and golden tile fish that are encrusted with a variety of choices. Their fish portions are huge. They don't take reservations and in season the wait can be quite long. I highly recommend giving this place a try.
I highly recommend the Korean BBQ Bowl, which I enjoyed with grouper as my protein--it was absolutely delicious! The egg rolls were fantastic as well; the sauce complemented them perfectly without being too heavy. The Beachy Lychee cocktail was fruity and refreshing. Our server was incredibly patient and offered excellent recommendations, which enhanced the experience. This is a wonderful spot for lunch or dinner with friends and family, and despite being busy, the noise level was surprisingly reasonable. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience!
One of our favorite hangouts. So many favorite dishes. Tina basil roll, fish dip, shack plates. Even their panko fried chicken is quite good. (Pro tip - get the Panko fried chicken on their chicken sandwich with the barbecue sauce and plantain and yummmm). The latest dinner tho was the bomb. On special they had gnocchi with clams and beer cheese and some other things and it was the best meal there yet. And they made one teenie mistake that we didn't complain about and just pointed out and when the bill came they took the desserts off! Completely unnecessary as we were happy but just wanted to let them know there was an error, but sooooo very appreciative especially on this day and age when customer service seems to be a dying thing....can't recommend them more highly!
I haven't been here in years, but I recently revisited. I was instantly reminded why it is called the food shack - this place is completely unpretentious! Considering how close it is to the beach, it is the perfect spot to drop in as long as you embrace the shack theme, the dark windowless bar theme, and no privacy at your table, but all that just means : the food is awesome! It wasn't very busy stopping by on a weekday for a late lunch, and we sat at the one of the tables that lines the wall across from the bar. I enjoy the daily hand written menu but none of the specials - and there were A LOT - caught my eye. I thought about getting the sweet potato and macadamia encrusted fish which is what I have had in the past, but I decided to order instead the Little Moir's Blackened Fish Wrap, which had fish, mango, avocado, cotija cheese, and Mexican street corn salsa. It was so good! I loved the mango in it, and the whole combo made for a satisfying bite each time. I selected the steak fries, but they included a little cup of veggie slaw on my plate as well. Seriously, this slaw was so good. I would return just for a bowl of this. SO GOOD! Thank you to our kind server who took care of us.
